Les and Litsa Pelitis started Achilles Motors as an automobile repair facility in Acton in 1972. The Pelitis family began representing the Mazda brand in 1977. Achilles Pelitis Jr. has been the dealer principal at the family dealership since 2000. Achilles Mazda provides new and pre-owned vehicle sales, parts, accessories, and genuine Mazda service.

Achilles Mazda is moving (Acton, ON):

Achilles Mazda (www.achillesmazda.ca) formally announces plans to move its dealership to an all-new location in the coming months. Achilles Mazda has been in the automotive business representing the Mazda brand from its current location in Acton since 1977. The company is presently preparing a facility in Milton Ontario and is scheduled to relocate its facility in early summer of 2010.

An all-new showroom is currently under construction at 1195 Steeles Ave. in Milton, Ontario. The new facility will have all the amenities that will help Achilles Mazda represent the Mazda brand today and well into the future.

"The decision to move did not come easily," says Achilles Pelitis Jr., dealer principal at Achilles Mazda. "It is not easy to depart from a community that has steadfastly supported your business for over 33 years. Acton has been tremendous to my family. However, the opportunity that Milton presents to us is enormous. We are very excited." he adds.

Although Achilles Mazda is moving, the dealership will still represent Acton, Georgetown and Milton as it has for the past three decades. "Our area of responsibility will simply be serviced from a new address. Same people, same Achilles quality".
